Premier Home Pros is looking for a Customer Service & IT Support Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has an interest in technology, and is looking to start or grow a career in IT support.
While technology is part of the job, we're primarily looking for someone who is an excellent communicator, provides exceptional customer service, and is eager to learn. If you have previous IT experience, that's great, but it is not required. We'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
We are currently hiring for two full-time, on-site positions:

What You'll Do
As a Customer Service & IT Support Coordinator, you'll be one of the first employees turn to when they need help with technology. Your goal is to provide friendly, responsive support while helping our team stay productive and connected.
Your responsibilities may include:

Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting employees with everyday technology needs.

Respond to support requests with professionalism, patience, and urgency.

Help troubleshoot common computer, printer, phone, and technology issues.

Set up computers, monitors, and equipment for new employees.
-
Assist with password resets, software access, and basic technology questions.

Track support requests and ensure issues are resolved or escalated appropriately.

Help organize, inventory, and maintain company technology and equipment.

Assist with installing TVs, monitors, workstations, and other office technology.
-
Support employee onboarding by preparing computers and equipment.
-
Coordinate with vendors or outside technology partners when needed.

Help maintain organized, safe, and efficient workspaces.

Assist with additional technology-related projects as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Customer service experience in retail, hospitality, banking, healthcare, administrative support, or a similar environment is highly valued.

Comfortable using computers and learning new technology.

Previous IT support experience, certifications, coursework, or personal interest in technology is a plus, but not required.

College degree is a plus but not required.

We provide training for candidates who demonstrate excellent communication skills, reliability, strong customer service, and a willingness to learn.
Physical Requirements
This position includes both office work and hands-on support throughout our facilities.
Candidates should be able to:

Lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.

Set up computers, monitors, TVs, and other office technology.

Occasionally use ladders while installing or adjusting equipment.

Stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach throughout the workday.

Safely perform physical tasks associated with technology installation and workspace setup.

This is a full-time, on-site position.

Schedule: This is a full-time, on-site position. As a business, we offer flexibility in developing a consistent full-time work schedule that aligns with both operational needs and employee availability.
