Partnerships & Collaborations Lead

Boichik Bagels | Bay Area, CAPart-Time (15–25 hours/week) | Hybrid | Regular Travel Between Bay Area Locations Required

About the Role

Boichik Bagels is looking for an experienced, highly connected Partnerships & Collaborations Lead to help grow our brand through meaningful partnerships, creative collaborations, influencer marketing, events, and community activations.

This is a part-time role (approximately 15–25 hours per week) designed for someone who already operates in the partnerships, marketing, or creator space and is looking to bring their network and expertise into a high-impact, hands-on role.

You should be comfortable identifying opportunities, making introductions, pitching brands and talent, negotiating details, and taking ideas all the way through execution.

We’re looking for someone who brings both strategy and relationships. You should come into this role with an existing network of brands, creators, influencers, organizations, agencies, talent, and industry contacts that can immediately open doors for Boichik.

A key part of this role will be building and maintaining strong relationships with creators, influencers, and cultural names in the industry, driving ongoing collaborations and ensuring consistent visibility for the brand.

You will also oversee events and activations across our Bay Area locations—from initial concept and outreach through planning, coordination, and day-of execution.

What You’ll Do

Proactively identify and pitch brands, companies, creators, influencers, talent, organizations, and cultural projects that align with Boichik and can introduce the brand to new audiences.
Develop and manage influencer marketing initiatives, including creator partnerships, paid and organic collaborations, gifting programs, and ongoing relationship building.
Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, influencers, and industry names, ensuring consistent engagement and long-term partnership opportunities.
Develop creative partnerships that generate brand awareness, cultural relevance, customer traffic, social engagement, and meaningful community connections.
Leverage your existing professional network to create new opportunities for Boichik.
Own partnership conversations from initial outreach and pitching through negotiation, planning, execution, and follow-up.
Develop concepts for brand collaborations, product partnerships, influencer activations, community events, pop-ups, store takeovers, and other creative opportunities.
Manage events from idea to day-of execution, including outreach, logistics, timelines, vendors, staffing coordination, partner communication, and on-site needs.
Attend and oversee larger-scale events and activations across our Bay Area locations.
Maintain an organized pipeline of prospective partners, creators, active conversations, upcoming events, deliverables, deadlines, and post-event follow-ups.
Work closely with Boichik’s marketing, operations, and store teams to ensure partnerships are both creatively strong and operationally realistic.
Represent Boichik professionally and enthusiastically when communicating with outside brands, creators, talent, organizations, and partners.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in partnerships, brand marketing, experiential marketing, influencer marketing, collaborations, events, PR, media, or a closely related field.
Experience or exposure to PR, media relations, or communications, including working with press, storytelling, or brand visibility strategies.
An established network of industry contacts, including creators, influencers, brands, agencies, and cultural connectors.
Demonstrated experience successfully pitching and securing brand partnerships, collaborations, or influencer campaigns.
Experience planning and executing events from concept through completion.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence pitching over email, phone, and in-person meetings.
Extremely organized and comfortable managing multiple projects, conversations, timelines, and deadlines simultaneously.
Creative thinker who understands how partnerships and influencer marketing translate into real brand growth.
Self-starter who can operate independently without needing constant direction.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities and opportunities can shift quickly.
Reliable transportation is required.
Must be able and willing to travel between Boichik locations throughout the Bay Area as needed.
Must be available to work on-site for major events and activations, including occasional evenings or weekends depending on the event.

Work Structure

This is a part-time hybrid role (15–25 hours per week). Much of the pitching, outreach, influencer relationship management, partnership development, and planning can be completed remotely, but regular in-person presence will be required for meetings, store visits, activations, and events throughout the Bay Area.

For larger-scale events and key brand activations, the Partnerships & Collaborations Lead is expected to be on-site and actively overseeing execution.
