Our team is collaborative, client-focused, and committed to delivering efficient and effective legal solutions.

Position Overview:
Black Creek Legal is seeking a full-time Bankruptcy Paralegal with 3+ years of experience to support our attorneys in all aspects of bankruptcy matters. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and file bankruptcy petitions, schedules, and related documents
Organize, maintain, and update case files
Coordinate and communicate with clients, trustees, and courts
Track deadlines and ensure timely filings
Assist attorneys in managing cases from intake through resolution
Maintain accuracy and compliance with bankruptcy procedures and requirements
Provide general administrative and case support as needed

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of bankruptcy paralegal experience required
Strong knowledge of bankruptcy procedures and documentation
Excellent organizational and time management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite
