Full Job Description

The Part-Time Charcuterie Maker at Graze Craze Buckhead Midtown is responsible for assembling high-quality, visually stunning charcuterie boards and grazing tables while maintaining food safety standards. This role is perfect for individuals who have a passion for food presentation, creativity, and attention to detail.

Availability: Wednesday - Friday 9:30 AM - 6 PM

Key Responsibilities:

1. Charcuterie Board Assembly & Food Preparation

Prepare and assemble charcuterie boards, boxes, and grazing tables according to Graze Craze Buckhead Midtown standards.
Slice, portion, and arrange meats, cheeses, fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients for optimal presentation.
Ensure all items are fresh, properly stored, and meet quality guidelines.
Package and label orders accurately for pickup and delivery.

2. Customer Service & Special Orders

Follow customer requests for dietary preferences or special occasions.
Assist customers with recommendations for charcuterie selections.
Ensure all orders are prepared on time with attention to detail.

3. Food Safety & Cleanliness

Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace in compliance with food safety regulations.
Follow proper food handling, storage, and hygiene protocols.
Assist with daily cleaning tasks, including dishwashing, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste.

4. Inventory & Supply Management

Monitor stock levels and report low inventory items to the Kitchen Manager.
Properly store and rotate ingredients to minimize waste.
Assist with receiving and organizing food deliveries.

5. Team Collaboration & Support

Work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Communicate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely order completion.
Help with other kitchen duties as needed, including prep work and assisting with large catering orders.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: No prior experience required, but food service or catering experience is a plus.
Creativity: Passion for food presentation and artistic design.
Attention to Detail: Ability to create visually appealing arrangements.
Organization & Efficiency: Work quickly while maintaining high quality.
Customer Service Skills: Friendly and professional demeanor.
Team Player: Willingness to collaborate and support teammates.

Work Conditions & Expectations:

Part-time, flexible schedule
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
Adherence to uniform and hygiene standards.
