We're looking for a motivated salesperson who enjoys talking with people, following opportunities through to the finish line, and finding ways to help customers protect more of what matters to them.

Our sales representative is responsible for actively working leads, quoting new customers, following up consistently, and identifying additional insurance needs within our existing customer base.

If you're comfortable picking up the phone, asking good questions, handling objections, and asking for the sale, we want to talk with you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Contact new leads by phone, text, and email and consistently follow up with prospective customers.
Quote and sell new auto, home, renters, life and health insurance.
Work with existing customers to identify additional insurance needs and opportunities to deepen the relationship.
Proactively uncover new lines of business within existing households.
Discuss life insurance with customers and prospects and confidently identify life insurance opportunities.
Ask for the business and guide prospects through the buying process.
Maintain an organized sales pipeline and accurately document customer interactions.
Meet established activity, quoting, and production goals.
Work closely with the rest of the agency team to provide a smooth transition from new customer to long-term client.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
Dedicated to customer service.
Able to anticipate customer needs.
Able to effectively relate to customers.

Spanish-English bilingual ability is a plus, but not required.

LICENSING:
Insurance licenses will be required for this position. Candidates who are not currently licensed must be willing and able to complete the necessary licensing requirements.
