Kari’s Bridal is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and dependable Bridal Consultant to join our team. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and wants to be part of one of the most exciting moments in a bride’s life.
Our Bridal Consultants do much more than help brides try on gowns. They build relationships, listen carefully, understand each bride’s vision, and guide her through finding a wedding gown that makes her feel confident and beautiful. Consultants also help complete the look with accessories, styling suggestions, and alteration guidance.
The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, energetic, tactful, and comfortable building rapport quickly. You should be a strong team player while also being confident managing your own appointments and responsibilities.
This role can be physically demanding and requires plenty of energy and stamina. Our consultants are frequently standing, moving throughout the boutique, assisting brides in and out of gowns, lifting dresses, steaming merchandise, and helping maintain the showroom.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout every bride’s experience
- Conduct bridal appointments professionally and confidently
- Learn our bridal designers, gowns, accessories, products, and services
- Help brides select gowns and accessories based on their personal style, wedding vision, and needs
- Build genuine relationships and trust with brides and their families
- Follow up with brides who do not purchase during their initial appointment
- Work toward individual and boutique sales goals
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, respond to online inquiries, and confirm upcoming appointments
- Accurately maintain customer records, orders, measurements, and appointment documentation
- Assist teammates with customer and order information when needed
- Receive, inspect, unpack, and steam incoming gowns and merchandise
- Assist with boutique merchandising and presentation
- Perform opening and closing responsibilities
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and beautiful showroom
- Assist with occasional social media, marketing, events, and promotional activities
- Complete additional boutique responsibilities as needed

- Physically able to lift and carry wedding gowns and merchandise
- Professional in appearance and telephone communication
Previous experience in bridal, fashion retail, luxury retail, styling, customer service, or sales is preferred, but we are also interested in applicants with the right personality, work ethic, and willingness to learn.
Schedule
Flexibility is essential for this position. Scheduled hours may include:
- Weekdays
- Evenings
- Saturdays
Saturday availability is required.
