Full Job Description

Our practice is seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our busy multi-specialty dental practice. This is not an entry-level position and is not suitable for candidates with less than three years of dental office management experience. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing a high-volume, multi-specialty office and be comfortable with general dentist, orthodontist, pediatric dentists, endodontists, periodontists, and oral surgeons.

Responsibilities:

oversee all office operations, treatment coordinators, and administrative staff.
Monitor daily schedule, productions, collections, case acceptance, and office performance.
Ensure treatment plans and financial options are presented effectively to maximize treatment acceptance.
Manage PPO and Denti-Cal insurance verifications, claims, billings, and collections.
Hold team member accountable to office goals and maintain a culture of professionalism and excellence.
Work directly with doctors to improve efficiency, smooth communication between all specialties.
Coordinate staffing, payroll, office systems, and day-to-day operations.

We are looking for a leader who takes ownership of the practice, support the doctors vision, drives growth, improves productions, and actively manages the team-not someone who simply maintains day-to day operations. Experience managing a multi-specialty office is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Experience:

Dental office managment: 3 years (Required)
managing treatment coordinators and front-office staff: 3 years (Required)
PPO insurance verification, claims and billing: 3 years (Required)
multi-specialty dental practice: 2 years (Required)
