Are you the kind of person who anticipates the need before it’s spoken - and loves being the trusted right hand who makes everything run?
Integritas is a mission-driven healthcare staffing company rooted in integrity, growth, and genuine human connection. We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to serve as the strategic right hand to our Director of Revenue Integrity and Client Services — anticipating needs, removing friction, and creating space for our Director to lead at their highest level every day.
If you’re highly organized, discreet, and energized by being the person who keeps everything moving behind the scenes, we want to meet you!
What You’ll Do
Reporting directly to the Director of Revenue Integrity and Client Services, you’ll be a trusted partner and behind-the-scenes driver — owning executive-level communications, calendar and travel management, meeting preparation, document and project coordination, expense oversight, and recurring reporting. Beyond traditional administrative support, you’ll play an active role in business development, client relationships, team events, and leadership coordination.
Here’s a taste of your day-to-day:
- Be the Director’s trusted right hand. Anticipate needs, stay two steps ahead, and operate with the discretion, judgment, and trust that define a true executive partner.
- Own executive communications. Draft, refine, and distribute memos, leadership updates, and announcements - while safeguarding confidential information with the highest integrity.
- Master the calendar. Take full ownership of the Director’s calendar — scheduling, protecting focus time, resolving conflicts before they surface, and aligning every day with the priorities that matter most.
- Keep travel seamless. Book and manage flights, hotels, and itineraries end-to-end, build detailed travel briefs, and stay ahead of disruptions so the Director’s never has to worry about the details.
- Set every meeting up for success. Prepare agendas and polished, on-brand materials, capture notes and action items, and drive follow-through with clear owners and deadlines.
- Steward client relationships. Coordinate quarterly client and program meetings, deliver thoughtful follow-ups, and manage the gift-giving program that keeps partners feeling valued.
- Oversee expenses and reporting. Complete and reconcile expense reports, monitor budget vs. actual, and turn PowerBI data into clear, leadership-ready insight.
- Bring people together. Strengthen relationships and reflect Integritas standards from start to finish.
You’re more than an assistant — you’re a discreet, organized, and relational professional who brings calm, care, and integrity to every interaction.
You are:
- Motivated, dependable, and trustworthy — people know they can count on you
- Highly organized with a sharp eye for detail
- Discreet and professional, with sound judgment around confidential matters
- Emotionally intelligent and a natural relationship builder
- Service-oriented, proactive, and resourceful — you solve problems before they grow
- A confident communicator — written, verbal, and in person
- Agile and calm under pressure, juggling many priorities at once
Experience and Skills Needed
- Minimum of two years of experience as an Executive Assistant (three or more years preferred)
- Healthcare experience, preferably in a hospital setting
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong calendar, email, and project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication and professional telephone etiquette
- Able to work independently and coordinate collaboratively across departments
