Job Summary

Ready Care Industries is the exclusive U.S. distributor of Pure Fiji, an internationally recognized luxury skincare brand inspired by the traditions of the South Pacific. For centuries, South Pacific Islanders have relied on a balanced blend of pure coconut oil, exotic seed oils, and island botanicals to nourish, hydrate, and beautify the skin and hair. Today, Pure Fiji is enjoyed in luxury spas, resorts, and retailers in more than 25 countries worldwide.

We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team. This position is employed by Ready Care Industries and is primarily responsible for supporting the Pure Fiji brand, with a strong focus on B2B marketing for spa, hospitality, distributor, and wholesale partners.

Working closely with the Director of Digital & Marketing, Director of Education, Brand Manager, Sales Team, and outside marketing agencies, you will help bring marketing initiatives to life through project coordination, creative development, trade show support, educational marketing, and partner communications.

As part of our collaborative marketing team, you will also provide support for additional marketing initiatives—including DTC e-commerce, Amazon, and Ready Care Industries—as business needs require.

Key Responsibilities

Pure Fiji B2B Marketing & Brand Support (Approx. 60%)

Marketing Campaign Coordination: Assist in planning, organizing, and executing B2B marketing campaigns that support spa, hospitality, distributor, and wholesale partners.
Sales & Marketing Materials: Develop, update, and maintain line sheets, sales presentations, promotional PDFs, educational materials, trade show collateral, retail merchandising tools, and digital marketing assets.
Trade Show & Event Support: Coordinate marketing materials, booth assets, promotional items, educational resources, and logistics for customer meetings, retailer events, educational programs, and trade shows.
Education Support: Collaborate with the Director of Education to develop treatment protocols, educational presentations, webinar materials, product education, and supporting marketing collateral.
Partner Marketing: Support distributor marketing initiatives, promotional programs, account-specific marketing projects, merchandising, and new product launches.

Brand Management, Creative & Marketing Support (Approx. 40%)

Brand Standards: Ensure all marketing materials maintain Pure Fiji's brand standards, messaging, visual identity, and premium positioning.
Creative Coordination: Work with internal teams, photographers, designers, agencies, printers, and vendors to coordinate creative projects from concept through completion.
Marketing Support: Assist with marketing initiatives across Pure Fiji DTC, Amazon, Ready Care Industries, and other company brands as business needs require.
Digital Creative: Assist with creative development for product launches, promotions, seasonal campaigns, email marketing, and website initiatives.
LinkedIn Management: Manage Pure Fiji's LinkedIn presence and support professional social media initiatives.
Marketing Systems: Provide backup support for marketing platforms including Shopify, Klaviyo, Attentive, and other marketing systems during team absences. Training will be provided.
Project Coordination: Maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, product launch schedules, and assist with marketing reporting and agency coordination.
In Office assignments: From time to time as the business dictates, performs such duties as assigned to assist management and administration such as but not limited to; order entry, pulling reports for inventory and pre-ordering, VIP gifting, new customer acquisition mailing, corporate gifting, and any other assignments or duties requested by management.

Qualifications, Requirements, and Desirables

Experience: Up to 2 years of experience in marketing, brand management, communications, or a related field. Experience within beauty, wellness, hospitality, retail, or consumer products is preferred.
Education: Some college level in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
Project and Time Management: Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and maintain exceptional attention to detail.
Creative Skills: Experience coordinating marketing materials, presentations, collateral, events, and creative projects.
Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build relationships across departments and with external partners.
Technology: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Canva, and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini. Familiarity with Klaviyo, Shopify, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar marketing platforms is a plus.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while supporting multiple brands and marketing initiatives.
Professionalism: Highly organized, dependable, collaborative, and proactive with a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm, in office. Regular and reliable attendance required.. Occasional travel for trade shows, customer meetings, educational events, and company meetings may be required.
