Blue Bear Waste Services is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator in Denver, Colorado to help us deliver outstanding service!

THE OPPORTUNITY

The Sales Administrator plays a critical role in supporting customer service, sales operations, and account management activities. Under the direction of the Customer Experience Lead, this position serves as a liaison between customers, Strategic Account Managers, and internal departments to ensure seamless customer onboarding, accurate order processing, service coordination, and exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where relationship management and attention to detail are essential.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Serve as a primary point of contact for customers inquiries, service requests, and account-related questions through phone call and email.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships through timely communication, issue resolution, and proactive follow-up.
Prepare customer proposals, service agreements, and supporting sales documentation.
Support Strategic Account Managers with account administration, customer follow-up, and new business opportunities.
Process customer orders, service requests, and account updates within company systems.
Coordinate with operations, billing, and sales teams to ensure accurate service implementation and customer onboarding.
Generate reports and provide administrative support to the Customer Experience Lead and Strategic Account Managers.
Coordinate new customer onboarding, including collection of purchase orders, signed agreements, and required account documentation
Maintain accurate customer records, communication history, proposals, an account activity within CRM systems.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience in waste management, construction, transportation, or related industries preferred.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges, identify practical solutions, and exercise sound judgment.
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO OUR ORGANIZATION

2+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, account coordination, or administrative support.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/order entry systems.
Proven follow-through and commitment to meeting customer and operational needs.
