Full Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our family owned and operated boatyard. This role includes managing "front Office" activities-fielding phone calls, handling customer needs, invoicing, and receiving payments as well as "back office" activities- reconciling bank statements, monthly sales and use tax, and vendor accounts.

About the Role:

Serve as point of contact for customer inquiries
Confident, professional front desk presence with strong customer service in-person phone skills
Prepare invoices and maintain accurate customer accounts using Quickbooks Desktop software
Manage bill payment and reconcile monthly bank statements
Maintain accurate vendor records and keep accounts compliant
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Pay: $20.23 - $21.19 per hour
