Full Job Description

We are seeking a well-organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, recording payments, maintaining inventory records, and updating accounting support systems. This individual will work closely with the manager and other office staff to ensure that the company’s financial records are accurate, complete, and well-organized.

The ideal candidate is efficient, dependable, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Responsibilities:

Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in the accounting system.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare and issue customer invoices.
Record customer payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
Review, verify, and process vendor invoices.
Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and financial statements.
Track inventory and keep inventory records current.
Prepare and update accounting spreadsheets and reports.
Identify and correct discrepancies in financial records.
Assist the manager and accountant with financial reports and other accounting tasks.
