Representative

L.O.V.E. Restaurant Group | Slim Chickens Colorado

Location: Northern Colorado (Travel between 6 Slim Chickens locations)

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Daytime Hours

Join a Growing Restaurant Group

L.O.V.E. Restaurant Group is looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Field Marketing Representative to

help grow catering sales and strengthen our presence throughout Colorado.

If you love meeting people, building relationships, organizing community events, and creating

opportunities for business growth, this is the role for you.

You'll spend your days connecting with local businesses, schools, and community organizations while

representing one of the fastest-growing restaurant brands in the country.

As we continue expanding, we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

What You'll Do

As our Field Marketing Representative, you'll become the face of Slim Chickens in the communities we

serve.

Responsibilities include:

Spend approximately five hours each week in the trade area surrounding each restaurant building

relationships with local businesses.

Visit offices, schools, medical facilities, and community organizations to promote Slim Chickens

catering and fundraising opportunities.

Generate new catering leads while growing relationships with existing customers.

Serve as the primary point of contact for local businesses and schools to ensure an easy, seamless

ordering experience.

Execute Local Store Marketing initiatives using existing marketing materials and promotional

campaigns.

Plan and coordinate community events including:

School Fundraisers

Teacher Appreciation Events

Student Recognition Programs

Wing Eating Contests

Community Partnerships

Develop lasting partnerships with schools, businesses, and local organizations.

Meet weekly with the Director of Marketing to review performance, discuss opportunities, and

develop strategies for continued growth.

Become an expert on the Slim Chickens menu and catering offerings.

Preferred Qualifications

Sales, marketing, community outreach, or business development experience preferred.

Restaurant, catering, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Comfortable using technology to track leads, sales activity, and customer interactions.

Must be at least 18 years old.

Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between our six restaurant locations.

Monday-Saturday daytime availability required.
