Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages when necessary.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, to ensure easy access to documents.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members as needed.
Provide clerical support including proofreading documents, typing correspondence, and preparing reports.
Assist with customer support inquiries, addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring it is welcoming and professional at all times.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn new software programs.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Previous experience in front desk operations is highly desirable.
Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills to create a positive experience for clients.
