Our company is a leading company ,we are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. As an Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation and organization of our office. If you have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to efficiently manage administrative tasks, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all administrative functions of the office, including but not limited to: filing, printing, photocopying, faxing, and answering phone calls.
Communicate and coordinate with various departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless flow of information and tasks.
Create and maintain an organized and efficient office environment by managing office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
Develop, implement, and maintain office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
Prepare and process expense reports, invoices, and other financial documents.
Plan and coordinate office events and meetings as needed.
Provide support to executives and other team members as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an office management or administrative role.
Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Experience with bookkeeping and financial tasks is a plus.
