About the Day-to-Day:
-
Manage laboring patients, deliveries, and postpartum care in a patient‑centered LDRP model.
-
Address GYN emergencies and perform indicated procedures.
-
Provide supportive backup to CNMs, including occasional clinic coverage in the attached MOB.
-
Assist in complex surgical cases alongside a Gyn Oncologist when needed.

Partner with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high‑quality, seamless care for patients and families.
Practice & Facility Highlights:

Annual deliveries: ~700
-
Team composition: 1 OB Hospitalist, 4 Midwives (growing to 6) + PRN coverage, 2 part‑time and 3 full‑time OBGYN generalists
-
Specialty support: Maternal-Fetal Medicine (nearby), Urogynecology, GYN Oncology, Inpatient Neonatal Nurse Practitioners

NICU: Level III, 5 beds
-
Unit setup: 6 LDRP rooms in a cohesive, team‑oriented unit; 2 Operating Rooms; 10 postpartum beds
