Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about keeping things running smoothly We're looking for a motivated Office Assistant to support our daily operations and help create an efficient, professional, and welcoming workplace.

Office Assistant Job Details:

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7am - 3:30pm
Pay Rate: $18 - $20 p/hour based on experience

Office Assistant Job Description:

Perform general secretarial duties including answering phones, assisting visitors, filing, recordkeeping, managing emails, and scheduling appointments
Coordinate the scheduling, recording, and filing of all funeral services and related procedures, ensuring all documentation was completed accurately and maintained properly
Prepare, process, and maintain required forms, applications, and operational records for cemetery services
Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and basic payroll functions
Generate and maintain operational reports to support daily business activities
Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to manage documentation, reporting, and recordkeeping

Office Assistant Job Requirements:

Spanish Bi-Lingual required.
Previous experience in an office setting required.
Microsoft Office experience.
