Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Front Desk Associate, where you will be the welcoming face of our organization! This energetic role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with visitors, manage administrative tasks, and support daily office operations. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will help create a professional and friendly environment for everyone who walks through our doors. This paid position is perfect for individuals seeking flexible hours while making a meaningful impact in a vibrant workplace. The ideal candidate is someone available weekends, with some weekday hours available if you are able.

Duties

Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, answering inquiries and routing calls with professionalism.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages.
Maintain organized front desk area, including filing, data entry, and document proofreading.
Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks.
Assist with clerical duties like copying, scanning, and updating records in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions promptly and courteously while maintaining phone etiquette.

Skills

Proven experience managing front desk operations with strong organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus!
Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools.
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office management software such as QuickBooks.
Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry and proofreading tasks.
Ability to handle clerical tasks like filing, calendar management, and document organization efficiently.
Exceptional customer support skills combined with professional phone etiquette and time management abilities.
