Broadway 10 Bar & Chophouse is coming to Cherry Creek North! At B10, a Provision Concepts Restaurant, we believe great food and unforgettable moments go hand in hand. We’re not your typical chophouse. Instead of stiff formality, we offer a refined yet unpretentious atmosphere where elevated dining meets laid-back vibes. We are looking for experienced and dedicated hospitality professionals, with a passion for fine dining and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Provision Concepts has established itself as one of the premiere hospitality groups since 2014, and is now expanding to Colorado starting with Broadway 10, Bar & Chophouse.

At Provision Concepts, we develop leaders who excel in restaurant operations, service excellence, and business savvy. We are looking for motivated individuals with a keen eye for detail, who love building relationships and driving service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing daily operations, maintaining equipment, ensuring kitchen cleanliness, and resolving any issues that arise during service.
Recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and high performance standards.
Lead, train, and manage staff, fostering a positive culture.
Monitoring inventory levels, ordering ingredients and supplies, and overseeing food storage to minimize waste and cost.
Ensuring all food products meet quality standards and are prepared and stored correctly, while strictly adhering to health and safety regulations.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong leadership and coaching skills to motivate and manage the kitchen team effectively.
Excellent organizational abilities and communication skills to coordinate with staff and other departments.
Thorough understanding of food safety regulations and strong culinary expertise.
Sushi and Seafood experience a plus.
1-3 years’ experience in a high-volume culinary management position.
Strong staffing knowledge, training, kitchen focus, P&L understanding.
Desire to work in a team-oriented environment.
Strong communication skills, organization skills, and attention to detail.
Full-service restaurant experience required, upscale casual to fine dining preferred.

What We Offer:

Starting salary $75,000 - $85,000 based on experience.
Performance-based pay.
