Front Desk Administrative Assistant

Monday – Friday | 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
1-Hour Lunch Break

Our customer is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Administrative Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for customers, applicants, and visitors. This position combines administrative support, customer service, office operations, and social media marketing responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Answer and direct a multi-line phone system
Greet and assist customers, applicants, and visitors
Process incoming and outgoing mail
Operate and maintain postage meter for company mailings
Type correspondence, forms, reports, and other business documents
Make copies and prepare informational packets
Maintain inventory of front desk and office supplies
Perform data entry and general office support duties
Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone

Work Experience required:

Good typing, data entry, proofreading, and organizational abilities
Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Work experience in content creation and branding with Canva, Chat GPT, making Instagram or Facebook Shorts and Reels or Videos a plus.
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Positive attitude and professional appearance
Handle change well as other needs arise
