Position Overview
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role is an immersive, structured development experience designed to train and grow the next generation of business development professionals committed to a long‑term career in sales.
SDRs receive hands‑on training in the core elements of new business development, client outreach, and account engagement. You will learn the market, understand our value proposition, master the fundamentals of new business acquisition, and develop the skills required to successfully progress into our Business Development Manager, Commercial Accounts role.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop a foundational understanding of Life Science Connect’s platforms, client offerings, and the life sciences ecosystem.
- Support sales team members in prospecting, lead generation, and appointment‑setting activities.
- Execute targeted outreach campaigns under the guidance of senior sales leaders.
- Participate in regular training, coaching, and feedback sessions to deepen your sales skills.
- Gain exposure to key client conversations, strategic planning, and performance measurement.
- Demonstrate growth in communication, business acumen, and sales proficiency through defined program milestones.

- Clear commitment to a long‑term career in sales or business development.
- Strong organizational skills and comfort working in a fast‑paced, learning‑oriented environment.
- Prior internship or work experience in marketing, sales, or life sciences preferred but not required.
- Coursework or certifications in sales, communication, or customer engagement
