Job Opportunity: Sign & Display Sales Account Executive

Location: Fairview, PA (Serving the Erie region and beyond

We are a full-service sign, display, and branding firm that handles the entire lifecycle of a project—from initial design and creative development to precision fabrication (including CNC/laser cutting and large format printing) and expert installation. We are committed to helping businesses elevate their brand identity through signage that is both striking and strategic.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Sign & Display Account Executive to join our team. This is not just a sales role; it is a consultative partnership. You will be the bridge between our client’s vision and our production floor. Because we handle everything from complex wayfinding projects and dimensional signage to trade show displays and vehicle graphics, you must possess a deep understanding of the industry to offer technical guidance, manage expectations, and deliver high-value solutions.

What We Are Looking For

To succeed in this role, you must be well-versed in the sign and display industry. You are the right candidate if:

You speak the language: You understand materials, substrates, installation requirements, permitting processes, and the technical limitations of fabrication.
You are a problem solver: You can look at a storefront, a trade show floor, or a fleet of vehicles and immediately visualize the best branding solution.
You have industry experience: You have a proven track record in sign sales, project management, or print production, and you understand the "why" behind the specs.
You are a project owner: You aren't just selling a product; you are managing a workflow from site surveys to final installation.

Key Responsibilities

Consultative Sales: Meet with clients to assess their needs, conduct site surveys, and recommend solutions that align with their brand and budget.
Project Liaison: Work closely with our in-house design and fabrication teams to ensure the final product meets the client's vision and our quality standards.
Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with local businesses, agencies, and event organizers.
Full-Cycle Oversight: Manage the logistics of the project, including permitting requirements and installation scheduling.
