Job Description:

The Catheterization Lab is seeking to hire a candidate with a background as a Radiology Technologist or CT Technologist to join the department as an Invasive Cardiovascular Technician.
The Catheterization Lab is a dynamic department specializing in Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiology. It offers a range of services including cardiovascular, structural, electrophysiology, and interventional radiology. As an innovative department, it is constantly introducing new procedures and offering state-of-the-art treatments.
An Invasive Cardiovascular Technician's role involves delivering patient care by participating in various procedures related to cardiology, interventional radiology, and electrophysiology, which includes circulating and scrubbing duties.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited radiologic technologist program.
Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS)or ARRT Radiology certification required
BLS (Basic life Support) required upon hire; ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) required upon hire or within six months of hire into the position.
One year of experience in Licensed, Registered, Certified or related field preferred.
