Full-Time Warehouse Associate
Pike Distributors, Inc. – Gladstone, MI

Pike Distributors, Inc. is seeking a dependable, motivated individual to join our team as a Full-Time Warehouse Associate at our Gladstone warehouse. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, staying active throughout the day, and being part of a hardworking team, we'd love to hear from you.

Schedule

Full-time, 40 hours per week
4 - 10 Hour Shifts
Monday through Friday
Day shift beginning at 6:00 or 7:00 a.m.

Starting Pay

Starting at $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, with opportunities for advancement based on performance and experience.

Job Responsibilities

Pick and prepare beer and wine orders using our automated warehouse management system.
Scan products and build customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Replenish inventory by backfilling product in warehouse locations.
Assist with loading and unloading products as needed.
Operate pallet jacks and forklifts safely (training provided).
Support our recycling center by processing aluminum cans and glass.
Occasionally assist delivery drivers by unloading beer and wine at customer locations using a hand cart.

Qualifications

Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Ability to repeatedly lift and move 40–50 pounds throughout the workday.
Willingness to learn new skills and follow safety procedures.
Previous warehouse, pallet jack, or forklift experience is a plus, but not required.
