Full Job Description

Production Manager – Fix Auto North Park

We are seeking a driven Production Manager to lead our high-volume collision repair facility averaging $250K per month in sales. This role is ideal for a results-oriented leader with experience managing employees, tracking KPIs, and building strong relationships with insurance partners.

What You’ll Do

Take on responsibility of over flow on estimates
Lead daily operations and oversee a $3M+ annual revenue shop.
Manage and motivate technicians, estimators, CSRs, and support staff.
Run daily production meetings with the team to review assignments, cycle times, and DRP performance.
Work one-on-one with technicians to monitor repair progress, ensure OEM compliance, and resolve workflow bottlenecks.
Drive performance on DRP scorecards by monitoring cycle times, gross profit margins, and other key KPIs.
Ensure OEM/I-CAR compliant repairs and a safe, efficient workplace.
Partner with insurance carriers to strengthen relationships and secure volume.
Implement quality-control measures to improve CSI and reduce rework.
Maintain financial accountability by managing labor efficiency, parts usage, and overall shop profitability.

What We’re Looking For

Proven leadership in collision center or automotive operations.
Strong knowledge of DRP requirements and KPI scorecards.
Experience with OEM repair standards and I-CAR protocols.
Ability to coach, mentor, and hold teams accountable.
Business-minded approach with P&L and cost-control experience.
