Pay is $20/hr. Up to $25 hour with learning new skills, plus tips and bonuses. (Other skills such as window cleaning, pressure washing, solar panel cleaning, and other exterior home cleaning services we offer).

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Detailer and Fleet Washer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall condition of fleet vehicles and residential customer's vehicles, ensuring they meet the highest standards of presentation and safety. Your energetic approach will help keep our clients' vehicles in top shape, contributing to a professional image and smooth operations across our organization. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of customer's vehicles and fleet vehicles, including washing, vacuuming, polishing, coating/waxing, and interior cleaning to ensure a pristine appearance.
- Conduct exterior car washes
- Apply buffing techniques to remove minor scratches and imperfections, restoring vehicle paintwork to a high-quality finish.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment by performing janitorial duties such as keeping vehicles clean and tidy
- Maintain equipment with regular oil changes when necessary
- Inspect vehicles for any damages or maintenance needs and report issues promptly to the appropriate team members.
- Support fleet operations by driving vehicles safely within designated areas when necessary for cleaning or repositioning.
- Between detailing jobs, we will also require you to sometimes pass out flyers door to door leaving a door hanger flyer on people's doors.
- If you would like to earn more and get more hours, we can teach you how to do window cleaning, pressure washing, and other exterior building cleaning services.
Experience
- Prior experience in car wash, detailing, or custodial work is highly preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally with team members and clients.
- Experience with buffing, polishing, or applying protective coatings is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience driving various vehicle types is advantageous.
