Full Job Description

We are a growing integrative medical practice seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Customer Service Representative / Appointment Scheduler to join our team. This person is often the first point of contact for our patients and plays a key role in delivering an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities

Patient Communication & Scheduling

Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails
Respond to patient and new patient inquiries
Schedule new patient appointments and manage provider calendars
Confirm, reschedule, and follow up on appointments

Administrative Support

Create and update patient accounts in our CRM system
Maintain accurate patient records
Support daily front-office workflow and operations

Events & Community Outreach

Assist with in-office seminars and workshops (setup, check-in, follow-up)
Support participation in local community events

Marketing Support

Assist the Marketing Manager with campaigns and promotions
Help with patient communication lists and outreach efforts

Qualifications

Required

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional, friendly, and compassionate demeanor
Comfortable using computers and learning new software

Preferred

Experience in a medical, wellness, or chiropractic office
Familiarity with CRM or scheduling software
Interest in holistic or integrative healthcare
Experience assisting with events or marketing

Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point required. Valid drivers license and vehicle a must.

Full time position with health benefits after 60 days.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week
