Pest Control Manager – Sales

Location: Naples, Florida
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

About the Position

We are seeking an experienced and licensed Pest Control Manager – Sales to lead, grow, and oversee our pest control department.

This is a hands-on management and sales position. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of pest control, a valid Florida Pest Control License, proven sales experience, and the ability to manage technicians, customers, schedules, and daily operations.

The Pest Control Manager will be responsible for both the operational performance and sales growth of the pest control department.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

Generate new pest control business through prospecting, referrals, networking, and existing customer relationships.
Conduct on-site pest inspections and identify customer needs.
Prepare and present estimates, proposals, and pest control service agreements.
Follow up with leads and proposals and convert opportunities into new customers.
Meet established monthly and annual sales goals.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell pest control services to existing landscape and irrigation customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with residential and commercial customers.
Track leads, estimates, sales, and conversion rates.
Develop and maintain a strong customer pipeline.

Operations & Management

Manage and oversee daily pest control operations.
Following Schedule and coordinate pest control services and technician routes.
Supervise, train, and support pest control technicians.
Monitor the quality of completed work and ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure all treatments are performed safely and according to product labels, company standards, and applicable regulations.
Maintain compliance with Florida pest control licensing and regulatory requirements.
Monitor pesticide use, application records, service documentation, and required reporting.
Manage inventory of pesticides, equipment, PPE, and other pest control supplies.
Ensure pest control vehicles and equipment are properly maintained.
Address customer complaints and service issues promptly and professionally.
Monitor department productivity, service quality, sales, and profitability.
Work closely with office and management teams to coordinate operations and customer service.

Technology & Communication

Use Jobber daily to see and manage customers, schedules, jobs, estimates, invoices, notes, and follow-ups.
Use the company-provided phone for business communications and customer follow-up.
Maintain accurate and timely records in Jobber.
Communicate professionally with customers, technicians, office staff, and management.

Qualifications

Valid Florida Pest Control License required.
Proven experience in the pest control industry.
Proven sales experience with the ability to generate leads and close sales.
Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of pest identification, treatment methods, pesticides, and application procedures.
Knowledge of Florida pest control laws and regulatory requirements.
Strong leadership and team-management skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple customers, technicians, jobs, and priorities.
Valid Florida driver's license required.
Acceptable driving record.
Ability to safely operate a company vehicle.
Comfortable using smartphones, computers, and field-service management software.
Experience with Jobber is preferred.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
