Pay: $50,000- $70,000 a year plus bonuses

Requirements:
- Strong work ethic and personal accountability
- Good time management skills
- 2 yrs Painting experience required
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and easily switch between tasks
- Focus on quality and detail-oriented
- Unrestricted & Clean driver's license
- Physical ability to perform all aspects of this job (repetitive movements, standing, lifting, climbing, working at heights of greater than 10 feet, etc.)
- An understanding in the basics of painting with knowledge in prepping off houses (interior and exterior) and using the correct tools.
- Having worked on a team before and is well versed in receiving a task and a timeframe.
- Must be willing to grow in position and have a desire to move up.

Best Buy Painting is seeking a skilled Professional Lead Painter to join our team!

Responsibilities include:
- On-time arrival at location, review with the Crew Leader the work to be completed
- Maintenance of client records and reports for material usage, labor, time costs etc.
- Manage company vehicles so they are prepared for job sites
- Skills with ladders and paint applications
- Preparing surfaces for painting, including repairing holes and cracks, sealing stains, and sanding surfaces for interior jobs or removing loose paint, scuff sanding areas, and caulking gaps to prevent water intrusion for exterior jobs. Knowledge for taping off both interior and exterior jobs.
- Knowledge of spraying and various mudding skills
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Maintains positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and other team members.
- Represent Best Buy Painting well in all interactions with others
