Now, we’re looking for a Parts Advisor who loves problem-solving, thrives on teamwork, and knows that great service makes all the difference.

What You’ll Do

As a Parts Advisor, you’re the connection point between customers, technicians, and vendors, making sure the right parts get to the right place at the right time.

Customer Experience & Sales

Welcome customers in person, by phone, and online with professionalism and enthusiasm
Identify parts needs quickly and accurately
Recommend the best parts, accessories, and upgrades
Provide pricing, availability, and product knowledge that builds trust
Look for opportunities to upsell when it truly benefits the customer

Service & Technician Support

Partner closely with service advisors and technicians
Read and interpret repair orders to identify required parts
Ensure fast, accurate delivery of parts to service bays

Inventory & Operations

Assist with ordering, receiving, stocking, and organizing parts
Maintain accurate inventory levels, including returns and core charges
Track special orders and communicate arrival updates

Administrative & System Work

Use dealership management systems and parts catalogs to locate parts
Create invoices, process payments, and support warranty claims
Keep clean, organized records of orders, returns, and adjustments

Communication & Teamwork

Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers
Proactively communicate delays or issues
Collaborate with the Parts Manager to meet department goals

General Responsibilities

Maintain a clean, professional parts counter and workspace
Stay up to date on new models, parts, and accessories
Follow all safety procedures when handling equipment and materials

Attention to detail and organization
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfort with computer systems and inventory software
A team-first attitude and desire to learn

(Automotive or parts experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person.)
