Summary

We are seeking a Sales Service Technician to join our dynamic team at Isovolta Inc. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service while promoting our high-quality products to clients across diverse industries. You will play a key role in maintaining customer relationships and ensuring satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Support the customer while working independently or on a team.
Assist in all assigned customer service functions as deemed necessary by the Sales and Marketing Manager.
Support Sales Managers.
Support Sales with all inquiries, samples, delivery information and quotations, etc.
Prepare quotations for Isovolta customers.
To handle direct customer inquiries on all topics including deliveries, technical requests, samples, pricing and lead time, etc.
Order entry of all Purchase Orders.
ISO 9001:2015/AS9100D requirements.
Technically support customers with engineering guidance where possible on handling, storage, application and use of materials.
Conduct all activities in a safe manner.
Collaboration with Production, R&D and Quality as necessary with customer requirements.
CIP Participation.
To support the Accounting Dept. in collection of overdue receivables.
Prepare and submit Décor Requests to the appropriate personnel.
Quotation & Risk Assessment of new requests. ·
Additional reports as required, including general statistics.
Maintain open lines of communication between management & production staff with the intent to be proactive in addressing issues before they become problems.
Prepare and send sample binders, samples & sales materials to the customer as necessary.

Specific Job Skills:

Good interpersonal communication, customer service, relationship building, and time management skills essential.
Ability to read, write and understand English required.
Must demonstrate good math skills.
Ability to operate a personal computer and various applications (SAP, MS Office) for word processing, spreadsheets, email, and etcetera’s.
Color Discernment.

Education and/or Experience:

High school diploma or equivalency
Previous office experience desired

Working Conditions:

Working conditions include working independently with supervision occasionally from the Sales and Marketing Manager and Managing Director. There are some interruptions and priority changing. Employee needs to manage his or her time efficiently to get paperwork done in a timely manner.
