Overview

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Line Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen team at Hop Valley Brewing. Our kitchen is the heart of the pub — serving up creative, high-quality dishes that pair perfectly with our craft beers. If you have a passion for great food, teamwork, and good vibes, we want to meet you. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high volume line cooking.

Duties

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
Help with food inventory management through FIFO.
Monitor food quality during cooking and presentation to ensure consistency.

Experience

Previous experience as a line cook is required.
Familiarity with food service operations, including knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques.
Strong skills in meal preparation and food presentation, with an emphasis on quality and taste.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
A passion for cooking and willingness to learn new culinary skills is essential.
