netCorps is seeking a full-time Technology Services Specialist to help nonprofit organizations use technology effectively to advance their missions. This role combines end-user support, systems administration, network management, and client service in a collaborative, mission-driven environment. The ideal candidate is an adaptable technology generalist who enjoys solving problems, building trusted client relationships, and working across a diverse range of technologies.

What You'll Do
The Technology Services Specialist, who reports to the Director, is responsible for:
- Providing responsive remote and onsite technical support to nonprofit clients.
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, email, productivity applications, and connectivity issues.
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining workstations, printers, and related devices.
- Administering Microsoft 365 environments, including user accounts, permissions, and related services.
- Maintaining servers, backups, and related infrastructure.
- Managing domains, DNS records, web-hosting settings, and internet-related services.
- Configuring and troubleshooting firewalls, switches, wireless networks, and VPNs.
- Participating in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and technology projects.
- Keeping accurate records of time, tickets, systems documentation, and project activities.
- Building and maintaining trusted relationships with clients through clear communication, transparency, and follow-through.

To be successful in this job, you will excel in five areas:
Technical troubleshooting and problem solving: You enjoy diagnosing technology issues and finding practical solutions. You can independently troubleshoot a variety of workstation, software, networking, and infrastructure problems while balancing urgency, risk, and client needs.
Client service and communication: You provide outstanding customer service and communicate clearly with people of varying technical backgrounds. You keep clients informed, set realistic expectations, and build confidence through reliability and professionalism.
Systems and infrastructure administration: You have experience supporting business technology environments, including Microsoft 365, Windows workstations, servers, networking equipment, DNS, VPNs, and related internet services.
Organization and accountability: You manage competing priorities effectively, maintain accurate documentation, and consistently follow through on commitments. You understand that strong recordkeeping and communication are essential parts of technical service.
Teamwork, integrity, and trust-building: You work well as part of a small team, readily share information, ask for help when needed, and approach client relationships with honesty, transparency, and respect.
Nice to Have, But Not Required
The following skills would be valuable additions but are not required for success in the role:
- Low-voltage or network cabling experience
- Website development experience
- Database development experience
- Linux server administration
- PowerShell or scripting experience
- Cybersecurity training or certifications
- VoIP systems experience
- Project management experience
- Experience working in or with nonprofit organizations

Salary range: $18-$22/hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
