Full Job Description

Position Overview

The Fulfillment & QC Coordinator is responsible for building, verifying, and managing orders. This role ensures that all orders are accurate, compliant, and ready for delivery. They also manage Metrc transfers, coordinate trade samples, and communicate inventory availability to staff.

This is a hands-on, detail-oriented position requiring precision, independence, and collaboration with the Sales & Distribution department. The role involves working in a temperature-controlled environment (50–60°F) and interacting with multiple departments to ensure smooth operations. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as business needs evolve.

This position will be on a 4 x 10hrs per day schedule of Mon - Thurs from 8:30am - 6:30pm

Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Fulfillment & Quality Control

Physically build daily orders based on QB invoices and Leaflink orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Conduct thorough quality control checks on all outgoing orders.
Prepare Metrc transfers for all orders, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
Build routes for efficiency and to meet any special time requests from the Sales Team.

Trade Sample Management

Maintain inventory of all company trade samples. Report these weekly to Sales & Fulfillment Support Specialist
Communicate weekly trade sample availability to staff via email or internal communication.
Collaborate with department heads to determine eligibility for internal sampling.

Collaboration & Support

Work independently to complete daily order-building and QC tasks.
Receive support and guidance from the Sales Support Specialist and Director of Sales & Distribution.
Communicate with sales, production, and fulfillment teams to clarify orders, inventory, or special requests.

Compliance & Environment

Ensure all order preparation and Metrc transfers comply with OLCC and company regulations.
Work in a temperature-controlled vault (50–60°F) and maintain safe handling of products.
Maintaining an accurate inventory in Metrc and leaflink that matches physical inventory. Perform daily inventory checks to ensure this.

Qualifications

1–3 years experience in fulfillment, order building, or QC, preferably in cannabis, hemp, or regulated production environments.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Familiarity with Metrc and OLCC compliance requirements preferred.
Comfortable working in a temperature-controlled environment (50–60°F).
Ability to work independently, manage multiple orders, and prioritize tasks.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple teams.
Cheerful, professional, and detail-oriented mindset.

Success Metrics

All orders built accurately, fully compliant, and ready for delivery.
Zero Metrc or compliance errors in order transfers.
Trade sample inventory accurately tracked and communicated to staff weekly.
Positive collaboration with Sales Support Specialist, department head, and delivery teams.
Efficient order preparation and QC that supports timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
