Ridgeline Montessori Public Charter School is looking for a part-time Technology Support and Asset Coordinator to help keep our school technology organized, reliable, and ready for students and staff.
This position is a great fit for someone who is looking for a consistent part-time schedule or seeking a school-year position with regular breaks. The role typically runs Monday–Friday for four hours and follows the school calendar, including fall, winter, spring, and summer breaks.
The Technology Support and Asset Coordinator helps students and staff with everyday technology needs, including Chromebooks, computers, printers, classroom technology, software platforms, user accounts, and basic connectivity issues. This role also helps prepare, organize, track, and maintain school devices so they are ready for daily instruction, state testing, and school operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide friendly, responsive technology support to staff
- Troubleshoot common issues with Chromebooks, computers, printers, classroom technology, software, user accounts, and connectivity
- Prepare and organize devices for daily classroom use, school operations, and state testing
- Help maintain accurate inventory records for school technology, including device assignments, locations, condition, and return status
- Track and report missing, damaged, unreturned, or inaccurately assigned equipment
- Keep technology carts, chargers, devices, labels, and storage areas organized
- Support beginning-of-year, testing-window, and end-of-year technology processes
- Contact vendors or outside technical support when an issue cannot be resolved internally
- Document technology issues, steps taken, and resolutions clearly
- Protect confidential student, staff, family, and school information

Requirements:
- One-year certificate from college or technical school; or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education experience.
- Basic computer and software skills, with willingness to learn school-specific systems
- Ability to work on-site Monday–Friday, generally four hours per day
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
- Ability to move throughout the school building and handle school technology equipment
- Must pass a background check
Helpful Experience:
Prior experience in any of the following areas is helpful, but we are open to candidates with related skills and a willingness to learn:
- Help desk, technology support, or basic troubleshooting
- Google Workspace or Google Admin tools
- Chromebooks or school technology systems
- MacBooks, iPads, Apple device support
- Asset tracking, inventory, or organized recordkeeping
- Printer/copier troubleshooting
- Customer service, office support, school support, or nonprofit work
- Working with a diverse school community
