Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills and have a strong background in office management. This role requires proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems, managing calendars, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the office.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage incoming calls through a multi-line phone system, ensuring effective communication and phone etiquette.
Perform data entry, filing, and clerical tasks to maintain organized records.
Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
Support office management functions including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area.
Assist with proofreading documents and correspondence to ensure accuracy.
Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and workflow.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
Bilingual candidates are preferred for enhanced communication with diverse clientele.
Previous experience in dental or medical reception is a plus but not required.
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with customer service principles and practices is essential.
