Full Job Description

Established local company in Eugene is looking for full-time Accounts Payable assistance. If you possess organization skills, computer skills (Excel - formulas, vlookup etc) and ability to multi-task, we would love to hear from you. We are looking for an energetic, friendly, and professional person to join our team.

Responsibilities include:
- Assisting Front desk with phones and walk-up clients as needed
- Entering accounts payable for several companies utilizing Excel and AI
- Electronic data entry

Skills needed:
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills with emphasis on spreadsheet work
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work well independently with general direction provided by supervisors
- Strong and patient customer service demeanor
- Ability to multitask (capability and demeanor to work on a project with interruptions)

Please submit cover letter with application stating why you would be a good fit for this position, specifically outlining Excel or spreadsheet experience. This is an onsight Monday through Friday position.

Salary: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour depending on experience
