Are you looking for a fulfilling new chapter? Terpening Terrace, an Independent Retirement Community, invites you to join our warm and welcoming Front Desk team. We’re seeking a friendly professional with a passion for connecting with people and making a difference. No prior experience? No problem—we’re happy to train the right person!

What You’ll Do:

Greet and Assist: Provide exceptional customer service to our residents, creating a sense of belonging with every interaction.
Manage Tasks: Handle phone calls, computer work, and multitasking with ease, all while learning new skills.
Work Independently and Collaborate: Set priorities and thrive in a supportive team environment.
Ensure Confidentiality: Maintain a high level of discretion and respond calmly to occasional resident emergencies.
Use Your Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Publisher is a plus, as is CPR/First Aid certification—but we’ll train you if needed!

Work Schedule:

Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Thursday - Sunday

Compensation & Benefits:

Starting Pay: $17.00+/hr (based on experience) with a potential raise after 90 days.
