Full Job Description

Hello! We are seeking a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Dental Administrative Assistant to join our front office team. If you’re passionate about helping people, love working in a team environment, and enjoy making someone’s day a little brighter — we’d love to meet you.

As a Dental Administrative Assistant, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in creating a positive experience throughout their visit. This position is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and a background in customer service, healthcare, or dental administration.

Responsibilities

Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional attitude
Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars
Answer multi-line phones and respond to patient inquiries
Maintain accurate patient records in Open Dental/Flex
Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
Assist with other front office duties as needed

Qualifications

Previous experience in a dental, medical, or customer service role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a busy office
Familiarity with Open Dental is a plus
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required
