About Robinson Restoration

Robinson Restoration is a growing leader in the disaster restoration industry, providing fast, reliable, and high-quality service to residential and commercial customers experiencing water, fire, mold, and other property damage. Our mitigation team works in a fast-paced environment where communication, organization, and urgency are essential.

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Mitigation Coordinator to help keep our mitigation operations running efficiently.

Position Overview

The Mitigation Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our mitigation department. This position is responsible for coordinating work orders, technician assignments and workdays, monitoring timekeeping and timesheets, and maintaining clear communication between technicians, Project Managers, Estimators, customers, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple moving pieces at once, and understands the importance of urgency, organization, and communication when responding to property damage emergencies.

Duties & Responsibilities

Assign and coordinate incoming mitigation work orders.
Coordinate technician assignments and daily work schedules.
Ensure jobs are properly staffed based on workload, technician availability, and project needs.
Monitor daily operations and make adjustments as new jobs, emergencies, or conflicts arise.
Communicate work assignments, schedule changes, and expectations clearly to technicians and field staff.
Maintain consistent communication with Project Managers, technicians.
Coordinate appointments, site visits, inspections, and other job-related needs.
Track technician timesheets and timekeeping to ensure accurate and timely submission.
Follow up with employees regarding missing, incomplete, or inaccurate timesheets.
Assist with payroll-related timekeeping documentation and reporting.
Maintain accurate documentation for work orders, projects, and scheduling.
Identify staffing gaps, scheduling conflicts, or delays and proactively help find solutions.
Provide timely updates and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
Support department leadership with reporting, administrative coordination, and operational tracking.
Maintain organized calendars, schedules, and internal communication systems.
Ensure information is communicated accurately and efficiently across all parties involved.
Perform additional administrative and coordination duties as needed to support the mitigation department.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in coordination, dispatching, scheduling, administration, or operations support preferred.
Experience in restoration, construction, mitigation, emergency services, or a fast-paced service industry is strongly preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and changing deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable communicating with field employees, management, and customers.
Ability to remain calm, organized, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Experience with timesheets, timekeeping, or payroll processes preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, scheduling software, calendars, and administrative systems.
Ability to quickly learn new software and internal systems.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Professional phone and customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in the restoration or disaster recovery industry.
Experience coordinating field technicians or service teams.
Experience with work order management or dispatching systems.
Experience supporting Project Managers, Estimators, or Operations teams.
Knowledge of construction or restoration workflows is a plus.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
