Job Posting– Northwest Regional Sales Manager (RSM) (2% Commision)

The Filtration Solutions Sales Manager is responsible for selling products and services through opportunity-based sales programs. The RSM will meet and exceed sales targets through effective management of designated accounts, prospecting in each of the assigned territories including physical visits to customer sites. The RSM will develop ongoing, profitable relationships with customers and continually maintain a professional image. The RSM works as a liaison between regional clients and the department managers.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalency certificate.
- A Valid Driver’s License and a driving record that maintains insurability under the company’s vehicle and liability policies.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check in the United Sates and Canada.
Primary Roles, Responsibilities and Authorities:
- Sell products and services to new and existing clients, targeting outreach and marketing, and providing quotes on demand.
- Generate and develop new customer accounts using prescribed Customer Relationship Management (CRM), programs, third party selling, association development and cold calling, as necessary.
- Build and foster a referral network to create new opportunities for revenue growth.
- Provide technical support and account management to clients, emphasizing long-term relationships.
- Schedule and perform professional surveys, presentations, and demonstrations of company Products(s) and Services(s) at customer locations.
- Educate prospects about asset optimization, energy savings programs, and ROI via the Cost Cycle Analysis (CCA) platform.
- Responsible for knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and innovative technologies in applicable field.
- Build and maintain ongoing awareness of new products and services, competitor activities and industry research.
- Act as Liaison between producers, vendors, clients, market, and organization to produce and sell quality products and services.
- Collaborate with the Department Managers to target and qualify accounts.
- Continually update CRM to provide visibility, identifying complete customer profile information, dates, CTAs, sources, etc.
- Maintain accurate records, including sales call reports, expense reimbursement forms, billing invoices, site surveys, and other documentation.

- Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s Integration, Instrumentation, Validation, and Filtration offerings to identify cross-selling opportunities available for each market segment.
- Schedule dedicated time each year for continuing education to meet certification requirement and market awareness.

Education, Licenses, and Certifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalency certificate.
- Related combination of education and business experience.

- OSHA Safety Course: Ladder, High Lift & Fall Protection certifications (POA provided)

- Frequent near vision required for reading and computer use.
Work Environment:
- The work environment is both indoors in a general office environment and warehouse/shop, and outdoors at client locations.
