As a Client Advisor, you will be the voice of Louis Vuitton, responsible for delivering unparalleled service and support to our esteemed clientele across various channels including phone, email, social media, and chat. You will play a crucial role in building lasting client relationships and upholding the Maison's legacy of excellence.

Missions

As a Louis Vuitton Client Advisor, Client Services, your key responsibilities will include:

Client Engagement: Consistently deliver client-centric responses to a wide range of inquiries, from product availability and sales to shipping updates and after-sales support.

Relationship Building: Maintain detailed client profiles and leverage clienteling tools to personalize experiences, tailor recommendations, and build strong relationships based on individual preferences and purchase history.

Operational Excellence: Achieve individual objectives for quality, schedule adherence, and other key performance indicators, ensuring efficient use of required systems and maintaining high operational standards.

Brand Ambassadorship: Act as a proud ambassador of the Louis Vuitton brand, embodying its values and ethos in every interaction.

Commercial Acumen: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to meet client needs and exceed sales goals, leveraging your client relationships and product knowledge to achieve sales targets.

Continuous Learning: Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on all product, company, and department initiatives.

Profil

This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals who are passionate about luxury, bring a strong commercial mindset, and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. This position is based on-site at our offices in Irving, Texas.

The ideal candidate will offer:
Experience: 3–5 years of customer service experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment, with a proven track record of achieving sales goals and cultivating strong client relationships.

Communication Skills: Refined written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.

Interpersonal Skills: A demonstrated ability to build rapport, de-escalate challenging interactions, and remain composed under pressure.

Technical Proficiency: Strong technical aptitude, including the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously, such as CRM platforms.

Commercial Mindset: Sharp commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.

Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a proactive, solutions-oriented, and detail-oriented approach.

Availability: Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as business needs require.

The selected candidate will be offered a starting rate of $20 per hour and will be eligible for commission and bonus opportunities , in addition to a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage; short- and long-term disability; paid time off programs; employee discounts and perks; and two employer-contributed retirement plans .
