We are currently seeking a professional and highly organised Remote Receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in shaping the impression of our organisation. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a passion for providing outstanding administrative support in a dynamic, remote-first environment. This is a remote position, with a preference for candidates based in the Dallas, Texas, United States area to align with team time zones.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for the company, managing all incoming communications with professionalism and efficiency.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, and manage the main company email inbox, directing enquiries to the appropriate person or department.
Provide exceptional customer service to prospective clients, existing customers, and partners.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference calls for team members using digital calendar systems.
Perform general administrative and clerical duties, including data entry, managing digital files, and maintaining contact lists.
Offer support to various departments as needed, ensuring seamless operational workflow.
Uphold a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Receptionist, Virtual Assistant, or in a similar administrative support role.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and courteous telephone manner.
Strong organisational, multi-tasking, and time-management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and familiar with virtual communication tools such as Slack or Microsoft Teams.
A proactive and resourceful problem-solver with the ability to work independently.
Experience working in a technology or software company is desirable but not essential.
A customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality support.
