Location: Los Angeles Country (Hybrid)

base : $160K up to negotiable

Lead Brand Strategy for a Globally Recognized Consumer Brand

An exciting leadership opportunity to shape the North American brand strategy for one of the world's most recognized consumer and lifestyle brands. This role serves as a key strategic partner to executive leadership while acting as the primary liaison between North America and global headquarters to drive brand alignment, market growth, and cross-regional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute North American brand strategy.
Serve as the primary strategic liaison between North America and global headquarters for brand and marketing initiatives.
Bring North American consumer insights into global brand planning and strategic decision-making.
Drive cross-functional collaboration across Brand, Marketing, Sales, Creative, and Product teams.
Establish best practices and operating processes that strengthen communication and execution across global teams.
Influence senior stakeholders and ensure alignment on key business priorities.

Qualifications

Native or business-fluent Japanese and English.
10+ years of experience in Brand Strategy, Brand Management, Marketing Strategy, or related leadership roles.
Experience with globally recognized consumer, entertainment, retail, lifestyle, or licensing brands.
Strong executive presence with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven success working within global, cross-cultural organizations.

Join a Global Brand Driving International Marketing Excellence

We are seeking a highly organized Brand Operations leader to oversee cross-functional marketing and brand initiatives between North America and global headquarters. This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless execution of strategic campaigns, operational excellence, and collaboration across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate brand and marketing initiatives between North America and global headquarters.
Lead project management, timelines, approvals, and cross-functional workflow execution.
Manage major brand campaigns, product launches, and strategic marketing initiatives.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure on-time delivery.
Improve operational processes and strengthen collaboration across Brand, Marketing, Sales, Creative, and Product teams.
Serve as a trusted partner for internal stakeholders across global organizations.

Qualifications

Business-fluent Japanese and English.
5–8+ years of experience in Brand Operations, Marketing Operations, Project Management, or Program Management.
Experience supporting consumer brands, entertainment, gaming, lifestyle, retail, or licensed products.
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple high-impact projects in a fast-paced global environment.
