Front Desk Coordinator / Medical Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and highly organized Front Desk Coordinator to become an integral member of our busy and growing medical office. As the first person our patients meet—whether by phone or in person—you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional patient experience from the moment they contact our clinic.

Previous experience in a medical office is highly valued, but it is not required. We are happy to train the right individual who demonstrates outstanding customer service, excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to help others.

In this role, you will:

Welcome patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
Schedule appointments and coordinate provider calendars
Manage patient check-in and check-out efficiently
Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries
Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative tasks
Help ensure the front office remains organized, efficient, and welcoming
Collaborate with providers and staff to deliver an outstanding patient experience

Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Dependable, self-motivated, and eager to learn
Proficient with computers and able to quickly learn new software
