Full Job Description

Position Summary

Holly Yashi is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to keep our marketing department running smoothly. This role is responsible for coordinating projects, managing timelines, organizing marketing assets, and ensuring campaigns are delivered on time.

Rather than developing marketing strategy, this position ensures the right people have the correct information timely to move projects efficiently from concept to completion.

This is an ideal role for someone who thrives on organization, communication, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Primary Responsibilities

Coordinate all marketing projects from kickoff through completion.
Maintain the marketing calendar and project schedules.
Track deadlines, keeping team members on task.
Coordinate product launches, catalogs, email campaigns, wholesale campaigns, retail promotions, and seasonal marketing initiatives.
Collect and organize photography, copy, graphics, product information, and marketing assets. Maintain digital asset libraries.
Serve as the communication hub between Marketing, Design, Sales, Production, Customer Service, and Leadership.
Coordinate outside vendors including photographers, printers, freelancers, and agencies.
Maintain project management software and weekly status reports.
Coordinate marketing meetings and publish action items.
Assist with trade shows, samples, printed materials, and marketing administration.

Desired Qualifications

2-5 years coordinating marketing, creative, or project-based work.
Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Comfortable holding teammates accountable to deadlines.
Experience with project management software (Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp, Trello, etc.). Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, or Canva is a plus.

Compensation

Target hiring range: $28 - $32 per hour, depending on experience, with opportunities for growth based on performance.

Marketing projects launch on time. Deadlines are consistently met. Marketing assets are organized and accessible. Cross-functional teams stay aligned. Leadership has visibility into project status. Vendors receive timely communication and approvals.

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
