Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our office environment. This vital role ensures smooth administrative workflows, maintains an efficient front desk, and supports overall office management to foster a productive and welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, bookkeeping acument, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude to handle diverse responsibilities with enthusiasm. Responsibilities

Oversee front desk operations, greeting visitors, managing multi-line phone systems, and ensuring professional phone etiquette.
Maintain office and housekeeping supplies inventory, manage filing systems, and coordinate procurement of necessary materials.
Handle data entry, document proofreading, and ensure accuracy across all administrative records using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
Manage scheduling, appointment setting, and coordinate meetings for staff members.
Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software; assist with basic invoicing and expense tracking.
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients, visitors, and team members with inquiries in a friendly manner.

Experience

Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with a strong background in clerical duties and customer support.
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, data entry, filing procedures, and calendar management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), and basic bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks.
Prior experience working in property management, hospitality or a similar industry.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Strong phone etiquette, proofreading abilities, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
