About Us

We’re seeking a dedicated and experienced Driller to join our team and play a vital role in meeting our clients' expectations and helping us uphold the highest standards in the industry.

What You’ll Do

As a Geotechnical/Environmental Driller, you will lead on-site operations, collaborate closely with supervisors and clients, and ensure all drilling activities are completed safely and efficiently. You will be responsible for:

Operating and managing drilling equipment in accordance with safety and quality standards.
Completing required field documentation and paperwork with accuracy and timeliness.
Maintaining and inspecting equipment to ensure proper functionality and safety compliance.
Mentoring and assisting in the training of junior drilling staff on proper procedures and techniques.
Supporting team members and contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Assisting with troubleshooting and problem-solving at job sites.
Performing additional duties as needed and directed by your supervisor.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a skilled and responsible driller who brings both technical ability and a team-focused attitude. The ideal candidate will have:

Required Qualifications

Valid Nevada Driver’s License
Unrestricted Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
Nevada Well Drilling License
Minimum of 2 years of experience on drilling rigs
Proficient in operating manual transmissions
Physically capable and able to pass a baseline physical exam
Demonstrated mechanical and organizational skills
Ability to work well with others and contribute to a harmonious team environment
Willingness to comply with OSHA safety standards and Eagle Drilling’s Safety Manual

Preferred Qualifications

Completion of at least two years of high school education
OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification and/or MSHA Part 48B training
Ability to study and apply Nevada state rules and regulations for drilling operations
