Full Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office tasks, and ensuring smooth operations within the office environment. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Duties

Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and handling inquiries with professionalism.
Operate multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls efficiently.
Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
Prepare, organize, and maintain physical and digital records.
Enter data accurately into company systems, ensuring all records are up to date.
Assist with billing, payments, and account reconciliation.
Assist with creating workorders and dispatch for operations team.
Provide administrative support to operations, dispatch, and management teams.
Process incoming and outgoing mail, correspondence, and company communications.
Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations in record-keeping and documentation.
Perform other duties as assigned to support office and field operations.

Skills

Strong computer literacy with experience in data entry and filing systems.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and general office equipment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data entry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
