Aligned Ventures is a fast-growing, privately held multifamily investment firm built on extreme alignment. We are investors first, and now we are scaling as sponsors. While our real estate firm operates with the grit and agility of a startup, it is backed by success in our previous business ventures. We took the capital generated from those successes and built a $50M AUM portfolio encompassing 440 doors by investing.
Every single one of those 440 doors was acquired exclusively with our personal capital. We deployed over 17 million of our own cash and sponsored the firm with our personal balance sheet.
Currently, we are just two founding partners. To reach this point, we have worn every single hat, sitting across seven different departments—from HR and finance to acquisitions and asset management. We have proven the model, de-risked the assets with our own money, Over performed every proforma on every asset and are now looking to bring in our third key partner to Fully own the capital raising and investor relations.

Location
Remote (Travel required for key B2B partner meetings, conferences, and property tours. Travel costs covered by Aligned Ventures).
The Role & Mandate
You will head our capital raising by focusing on high leverage relationships from Ultra High Net Worth Individuals, Fund of fund managers, family offices, CPA’s and RIA’S
Our Founders are strictly focused on acquisitions and operations, you will own the capital raising pipeline from first touch to final close, and you will maintain the relationship for the life of the investment. You will leverage our current performance and Founders' heavy "skin in the game" to establish and secure large checks. You will be responsible for building a marketing program that consistently generates new relationships.
Day-to-Day Functions
- Executive Thought Leadership: You will be the external face of the firm's thought leadership, leveraging our 'skin-in-the-game' narrative to headline B2B webinars, host exclusive private briefings for RIA partners, and speak at family office summits
- Outbound Prospecting: Aggressively prospecting, calling, and emailing a targeted list of RIAs, Single-Family Offices, and boutique wealth managers to secure introductory meetings.
- Syndicate Management (FoF): Sourcing, vetting, and onboarding external Fund of Funds/Co-GP operators, ensuring their pitch processes maintain strict SEC compliance and brand alignment.
- Pitching & Deal Presentations: Running highly polished Zoom calls and in-person meetings to walk institutional allocators
- Full-Cycle Investor Relations: Acting as the dedicated, ongoing point of contact for our major allocators post-close. You will answer complex underwriting questions, guide them through quarterly reporting, and secure their reinvestment for future funds.
- Pipeline & CRM Ownership: Design CRM to ensure meticulous follow-up. Moving targets through defined deal stages and ensuring proper follow thru
- Executive Syncs: Preparing and leading a concise, data-driven weekly pipeline review with the Founders. You will only bring the Founders onto calls to close 7-figure and 8-figure whale accounts.
First 90 Days Targets
- 30 days: Develop and launch a sourcing strategy that generates 5 qualified appointments per week with one of the following groups Ulta High Network individuals, Family Offices, FOF Operators, CPA’s and/Or Wealth managers
- 60 days: Secure 3 Soft commitment from large checkwriters
- 90 days: Secure $2,000,000 in total capital raised. Fully onboard and launch your first two external capital-raising partners or Large checkwriters.
Qualifications (Required Track Record)
- 7+ years of full-cycle fundraising and investor relations experience specifically in commercial real estate.
- Verifiable track record of closing B2B sources (Family Offices, FoF) and managing the ongoing LP relationship.
- Deep understanding of complex capital structures, including Co-GP arrangements, Fund of Funds, and SEC Safe Harbor compliance.
- Polished executive presence: You have the presence and sophistication to confidently command the room with large checkwriters
Compensation Structure
This role is designed for a builder who wants long-term wealth creation aligned with the firm's growth.
- Base Salary: $150,000 – $175,000 per year (Commensurate with experience).
- Annual Bonus: Year-end performance bonus based on the overall success of the capital markets division and the firm's growth metrics (Strictly adhering to SEC Safe Harbor guidelines).
- OTE: range between $250,000 - $300,000 per year not including Equity component
- GP Equity / Profits Interest: Meaningful GP equity participation tied to your success in scaling the firm's AUM.
- Note: This equity is structured on a vesting schedule to ensure long-term alignment with Aligned Ventures.
